The Airbase plate fits into the bottom of your pot during installation and allows you to avoid using a layer of pebbles for drainage. Although simple, cheap and effective, preparation, pH balancing and using pebbles can be a chore.

This tool even includes a central part allowing integration of the AirDome. AirBase Square will fit 8.5 liter and 15 liter pots.
